ABOUT THE ARTISAN
Casa Motta's founder Alessandro Motta started experimenting with making mozzarella when he was 14. It took five years of dedicated work until he produced a worthy fresh cheese. Alessandro's goal is simple: fermenting and stretching "pasta filata" the traditional Italian way, rigorously using Queensland cow or buffalo milk.
