An old time classic,  it can be used on pizza, rice salads, cheese platters and lasagnas. it is reccomended for pizzas cooked in conventional ovens. The filone comes in a vacuum pack and it is a drier fior di latte made with the same milk and technique of the fresh fior di latte.
